Once upon a time， wizards tried to conquer the Sacred Realm of Hyrule。 The Spirits of Light sealed the wizards’ power within the Shadow Crystal and banished them to the Twilight Realm beyond the Mirror of Twilight。 Now， an evil menace is trying to find Midna， Princess of the Twilight Realm， and the fragments of the Shadow Crystal to gain the power to rule over both the Twilight Realm and the World of Light。

Ahh， we're getting so close to the end！ Really enjoyed the way they tackled the City in the Sky portion of the story。 I wasn't sure how they were going to adapt it into a way that would flow well， but they nailed it。 Glad to see Link and Shad getting along as well。 And Ooccoo！！ Can't wait for the next one。 Ahh， we're getting so close to the end！ Really enjoyed the way they tackled the City in the Sky portion of the story。 I wasn't sure how they were going to adapt it into a way that would flow well， but they nailed it。 Glad to see Link and Shad getting along as well。 And Ooccoo！！ Can't wait for the next one。 。。。more

I really like what they are doing with this。 They add little things to make sense of parts of the video game， and then they only base it on the video game which really gives it a new life。 For instance， without spoilers， the dragon in sky city。 Or the depth in Midnas character or link as the imperfect hero， or the swordsman that was not explained or elaborated on in the game。 Really enjoyed this， but I hate how long I have to wait for volume 9！

A fun follow up to the awesome seventh volume， more focused on links training with the hero of time and his adventure to the city in the sky。 It does a good job setting up for what I expect will be the penultimate volume in this great adaptation of Twilight Princess。

I really enjoyed this one， even more so than I was expecting to。 It was a little slow at the start， but I enjoyed how so many of the side characters are getting more character depth and story time than in the game。 It was also nice seeing at least one more glimpse of how Zant’s machinations are effecting the people of Hyrule and not just Link and Midna。 I do still feel that action sequences don’t really translate very well in graphic novel format as it gets so muddled and hard to follow， but I’m I really enjoyed this one， even more so than I was expecting to。 It was a little slow at the start， but I enjoyed how so many of the side characters are getting more character depth and story time than in the game。 It was also nice seeing at least one more glimpse of how Zant’s machinations are effecting the people of Hyrule and not just Link and Midna。 I do still feel that action sequences don’t really translate very well in graphic novel format as it gets so muddled and hard to follow， but I’m getting used to it。 I think they handle those moments as well as they can be handled in these volumes。Can’t wait for the next one！ 。。。more

3。5 starsThere is a lot of action & fighting scenes in this volume。 A short part is Link in the Temple of Time， then in the City in the Sky， the worst temple in the game （in my opinion。） Side characters like Shade have bigger roles here than in the game。 Some things are also added to flesh out the story but I feel it is mostly fillers。Not sure how many volumes are left in this series but I feel the story is dragging a little bit。
